Cayuse Federal Services (CFS) provides innovative and flexible solutions to federal government clients, emphasizing cost-effective excellence. Core service areas for CFS include Environmental Services Investigation and Remediation, Munitions Response/Unexploded Ordnance (UXO), Operations Support Services Bases, Ranges, Airfields, and Logistics/Warehouse Management.

Primary Focus

The Educational Aides will provide training related services in support of all training programs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer all services described in the Statement of Work (SOW).
    • Pre-arrival notifications,
    • classroom setup,
    • exam grading,
    • maintenance of student records, and
    • document generation.
  • Prepare, assemble, and coordinate documents within or between departments in accordance with schedules or established priorities.
  • Process student registration files, temporarily hold, retrieve, and disseminate student records and files.
  • Safeguard confidentiality and act as custodians for official records and prevent improper disclosure.
  • Support will occasional be required for non-standard training sessions such as formal meeting, conferences, and seminars.

Minimum Job Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain of levels of background, security, and clearances required to perform duties of this position.
  • Ability to use and operate a computer, copier, and other office equipment.
  • Ability to type 40 wpm with 95% accuracy.
  • Proficiency in oral and written communications in English.

Working Conditions

  • Professional on-site office and maintenance environment.
  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
  • Physically able to move about in a maintenance environment to include walking, stooping, bending, stretching, and climbing ladders and stairs and work in inclement weather.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to work in inclement weather.
  • Must maintain a safe, productive, and professional work environment.
  • May require some overtime in evenings and weekends.
